Types of Fuel Cells Fuel cells are classified by their electrolyte material. At the present time, there are several types of fuel cells that are being developed for applications as small as a cellular phone (0.5 Watts) to as large as a small power plant for an industrial facility or a small town (10 Megawatts). |
