Project Objectives
Manage the ongoing Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Fuel Cell Demonstration of Domestically Produced Residential PEM Fuel Cells at Military Facilities for ERDC-CERL.

Project Summary
CTC manages the activities associated with all active sites enrolled in the PEM Fuel Cell Demonstration project to ensure that all contractor requirements are fulfilled. CTC interfaces with each contractor and corresponding site representatives to ensure that each contractor meets or exceeds the core requirements associated with the initial ERDC-CERL Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). CTC ensures that contractor core requirements are fulfilled by collecting, reviewing, compiling, and analyzing deliverables of all active sites enrolled in the PEM Fuel Cell Demonstration project. The PEM demonstrations are in various stages of maturity and range from near complete to initial site assessment. CTC interfaces with ten different contractors on a monthly basis to ensure that all reports and planned milestones are completed in a timely manner. CTC reviews each report (Monthly, Initial, Midpoint, and Final) to ensure it is consistent with the BAA templates and provide technical comments back to each contractor within one month of receipt.
